I recently offered this safe place to an executive leader and said having a focused time and space to talk through what she needed to address took all her "swirling thoughts" and put them into a conversational outline that was simple to share and valuable to the org where she serves.
I had fun! She felt heard, valued, and safe. If you would like to turn your swirling thoughts into a conversational outline, I'd love to help! What would it be worth to you to move toward resolution? Set up a coaching session for a Crafted Conversation now!
Shout out to Susan Scott and her book, Fierce Conversations.
