How did you become interested in Coach Training?As a church leader, I was introduced to the idea of coaching as a helpful ministry skill through the Christ-like servant leadership training I did with KINDLE (kindleservantleaders.org) in 2008-2009. I resonated with the emphasis of nurturing and helping others through active listening and asking questions instead of giving advice or being responsible for the outcomes. The tastes I had of being coached and coaching others left me wanting to learn more and grow in the skills.What prompted you to say join in?Engaging specifically in coach training with Bridges Coaching was very much about God's timing.
