be credentialed through International Coaching Federation (ICF) and/or Christian Coaching Network International (CCNI)
facilitate coach training with the Bridges Coaching framework (certification course, etc.)
become an Associate Coach for Bridges and have a website offer for potential clients
offer the coaching class to your leaders

Mentor Coaching, two-on-one with your peer partner and ICF Master Coach Melissa Chaplin. Melissa is a practicing mentor coach, specializing in faith-based coaching. Our alumni rave about Melissa's supportive feedback and her kind offers of upgrades. Five 2-hour sessions*
Guided reading & discussion leaning into the new industry standard coaching core competencies and the course texts. We'll use the best-selling text, The Coaching Habit by Michael Bungay-Stanier.
Step-by-step build of necessary elements for ICF or CCNI credentialing. (Optional)
Exclusive Bridges video interviews are available with coaching industry leaders: Keith Webb, Tony Stoltzfus, and many more.

Michelle has been with Bridges for over a decade now! She is a lifelong learner with experience as a nonprofit executive director and church leadership staffer, and she is piloting her own coaching practice. She has a Master's in Organizational Management.

Michelle excels in facilitating discussion by asking curious questions that take people to new places. Her expertise in guiding group learning in a discussion format makes this course vibrant every time as God calls each cohort together.

Interactive Group Classes & 5 Mentor Coaching Sessions

Classes will be discussion-based, focused on the application of the core competencies in both coaching conversations and sessions. Mentor coaching will be scheduled in peer pairs and will focus on practical skills upgrades by assessing recorded coaching sessions.

Each cohort is limited to 8 Next Level trainees. Classes and Mentor Coaching are required. Group classes will occur on Mondays. Mentor Coaching sessions will be scheduled by the Master Coach with a peer partner on the designated weeks.

The CHRIST Model

I first met Walt as I was exploring credentials with CCNI. He talked me through his assessment of my recorded coaching session and I can honestly say that during that process he taught me more about coaching than I had learned in any other training I've taken.

Dr. Hastings has since written a book outlining a pathway Bridges has adopted to hit all the markers of excellence in coaching. During his publishing process, he has given limited permission to Bridges to use his work. We've found the CHRIST model to be a comprehensive tool for organizing an effective coaching conversation.

Note about ICF or CCNI credentialingc: Next Level Coach Training does not guarantee you credentialing. This course, when coupled with the coach training you received in the Coaching Culture certification course, adds up to the current training hours required for the ACC or PCC levels. You will need to go through the application process upon completion of NXL and submit a record showing at least 100/500 hours of client coaching experience as well as submit a sample of your coaching through a recorded session.
