And you could*:
- be credentialed through International Coaching Federation (ICF) and/or Christian Coaching Network International (CCNI)
- facilitate coach training with the Bridges Coaching framework (certification course, etc.)
- become an Associate Coach for Bridges and have a website offer for potential clients
- offer the coaching class to your leaders
If you have completed the Bridges Coaching Life Coach certification, and have a recommendation from your facilitator, you are invited to this course

What will it be like?
This course is quite different than the Bridges Life Coach certification course. There is less homework and a lot more interaction and practical growth!
This training includes:
- 11 live, online 3-hour group classes. These classes will include mastermind level interaction on focused topics and happen bi-weekly. Michelle Pavasars, M.A., will be your course host for this cohort!
- Mentor Coaching, two-on-one with your peer partner and ICF Master Coach Melissa Chaplin. Melissa is a practicing mentor coach, specializing in faith-based coaching.
- Guided reading & mastermind level discussion leaning in to the new industry standard coaching core competencies and the course texts.
- Online discussion involving real life coaching interactions
- Step by step build of necessary elements for ACC/CCC credentialing.
- Exclusive Bridges video interviews are available with coaching industry leaders: Keith Webb, Tony Stoltzfus, and many more.
At the conclusion of this course, you will have unlocked three key opportunities:
- You'll be at the front of the line for facilitating Brides Coaching certification courses and other hosting opportunities
- You can apply for Associate Coach status with Bridges Coaching and be featured on the Bridges website.
- Add your Coaching Culture training with NXL you'll have all the education needed for ICF and CCNI credentialing. Log the required 100 coaching hours and your pre-work will be complete.

You'll need to make every effort to be at each class. You can make up no more than one class because the course is about learning and interacting together. Also, the credentialing process requires a specific amount of in-person teaching.
Each cohort is limited to 8 Next Level trainees. Classes and Mentor Coaching are required. Group classes will occur on Mondays. Mentor Coaching sessions will be scheduled by the Master coach with a peer partner on the designated weeks.

This course covers all the coursework requirements for ICF/CCNI credentialing. Building your coaching portfolio pathway in addition to receiving the required mentor coaching hours are the first steps toward an ACC (and/or CCC) credential while adding valuable skills and additional legitimacy to your coaching career. For coaches and coach trainers who want to make coaching a significant part of their future focus, credentialling is, in my opinion, the best way forward.
Mentor Coaching

There's so much in this deep dive course that I'm excited about, and at the top of the list is your opportunity to be mentor coached by a Master Coach.
An ICF Certified Master Coach is the highest level of credentialing available! Each credential master coach undergoes rigorous assessment and is required to have 2,500 hours of experience coaching! Melissa has been coaching for nearly 20 years and has a passion to go along with her expertise in faith-based coaching.
We've found an amazing combination of encouragement, a standard of excellence and an offer of growth in Melisssa's approach. Her insights will help upgrade your coaching skills to a next level! To hire a master coach of this level privately for mentor coaching would easily be over $1000, but mentor coaching is included in the cost of this course.

The CHRIST Model

I first met Walt as I was exploring credentials with CCNI. He talked me through his assessment of my recorded coaching session and I can honestly say that during that process he taught me more about coaching than I had learned in any other training I've taken.
Dr. Hastings has since written a book outlining a pathway Bridges has adopted to hit all the markers of excellence in coaching. During his publishing process, he has given limited permission to Bridges to use his work. We've found the CHRIST model to be a comprehensive tool for organizing an effective coaching conversation.

Note about ICF or CCNI credentialingc: Next Level Coach Training does not guarantee you credentialing. This course, when coupled with the coach training you received in the Coaching Culture certification course, adds up to the 60 training hours required for the ACC/CCC level. You will need to go through the application process upon completion of NXL and submit a record showing at least 100 hours of client coaching experience as well as submit a sample of your coaching through a recorded session.
